Nemedic Founder Writes on Scaling Surgical Care for the AAO-HNS Bulletin

WESTFIELD, Ind. — The AAO-HNS Bulletin published "There Is a Science to Scaling Surgical Care—and It's Not What You Think" by Bradford G. Bichey, MD, MPH, on March 1, 2026. He wrote the article on behalf of the Otolaryngology Private Practice Section (OPPS) Business of Medicine Committee.

The article argues that practices scale surgical care through system design, by raising the floor and simplifying through elimination, rather than by setting higher performance targets.
