Nemedic Launches useBlue.ai, AI Infrastructure for Procedural Healthcare

Nemedic's AI agent platform for specialty practices becomes publicly available under a dedicated brand with self-serve registration.

WESTFIELD, Ind. — Nemedic, Inc. today introduced useBlue.ai, the public home of Blue, the company's AI platform for procedural healthcare practices.

Blue runs alongside a practice's existing electronic health record rather than replacing it. Its agents take on the administrative work that accumulates around a surgical practice: reading inbound referral faxes, following up with patients who complete website assessments, texting back callers who reach voicemail, screening clinical notes against payer criteria, and drafting documentation.

"Healthcare does not have an intelligence problem. It has an architecture problem," said Bradford G. Bichey, MD, MPH, an otolaryngologist and Nemedic's founder and chief executive officer. "Every one of these agents started as something that was broken in my own practice."

useBlue.ai opens Blue to self-serve registration, so a practice can create an account and begin evaluating agents without a procurement cycle. Nemedic executes a business associate agreement with each practice before any protected health information is processed.

The platform's patient engagement and prequalification core is covered by U.S. Patent No. 12,592,322, issued to Nemedic in March 2026.
